We cannot accept artwork created by any Microsoft or Corel product, as they are not capable of producing art files of a quality necessary for imprinting purposes.

Submitting Artwork:

Imprint Color: Black ink will be used when color is not specified. Gold color will be used on hot-stamped items when color is not specified. PMS number listed next to Standard Color is a very close representation of standard color. Exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Proofs: Proofs will be furnished only at customer's request. Changes made on proof not originally specified on order will be billed at cost.

Proof Approval: When a proof is "Approved" by you, the order is then produced accordingly. Any errors on the proof not brought to our attention becomes your responsibility. Also, liability resulting from the error(s) is your responsibility.

Shipping: All prices F.O.B. Kansas City/Arizona.
Orders are shipped prepaid best way to arrive the quickest with least cost.

Normal Shipping: Via U.P.S. or LTL ground services.

Order Cancellation: All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled except on written authority to the factory. Cancellations are allowed only if merchandise has not been made or imprinted. Cancelled orders are subject to $50.00 service charge plus all costs incurred prior to the acknowledgement of cancellation.
