Helpful Information when designing the rolodex mailer:
If you have a bleed (The colored background that extends to the edges of card) you must set your design size to 6.125 x 9.125 on the 6" X 9" and 5.6125 X 8.6125 for the 5.5" X 8.5" mailer. Note: If one of the sides do not bleed, then you set up that side at it's normal size, example: 6" X 9". f the rolodex bleeds, you must also extend the design to the bleed edge as shown in the template. When you are done with your design and all is matched up remove the template and save.
Submit each
side in a separate
file named whatever you like front and whatever
you like back. Make sure all fonts are
outlined. In Illustrator
and InDesign,
select all type on the card side you are working
with, go up to the type menu, select "Create
Outlines" and save your project.
Send you files to us in high resolution of
either 300 dpi or 400 dpi. If using
Photoshop, flatten your file
before submitting it. We accept .PDF,
.EPS, Tiff, PSD, AI artwork files.
No Word or Publisher files accepted,
except for something our graphic designer will
convert.
